Where numerical targets are agreed, these are defined by scope, timeframe, and qualification parameters, with extensions applied where required to ensure delivery quality.
Our Prices
Bronze
£1,500 per month
3% of enterprise value payable on completion
Silver
£2,500 per month
2.5% of enterprise value payable on completion
Gold
£4,000 per month
2–2.25% of enterprise value payable on completion
Retainers are payable monthly until completion
A minimum initial engagement period applies
Success fees are payable on deal completion only
For Gold clients, a portion of retainer fees may be credited against the success fee
Minimum success fee thresholds may apply depending on transaction size
